PRIVATE HIRE WITH DRIVER (MIETWAGEN MIT FAHRER)

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our private hire with driver services (“Mietwagen mit Fahrer”) under German law. By booking our services, the customer agrees to all terms outlined in this document.

Standard Terms & Conditions

1. The service is provided under German law as Mietwagen mit Fahrer (private hire with driver) and is an alternative to traditional taxi service.

2. All services are available strictly by prior booking only.

3.Customers must provide accurate information at the time of booking.

4. Flight tracking is only possible when a valid flight number is provided

5. Additional charges may apply in case of unusual or extended delays

6. The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure.

7. The company does not accept liability for missed flights or indirect damages.

8. The cancellation policy applicable at the time of booking will apply

9. Failure to appear at the scheduled time will be considered a No Show.

10. In case of No Show, full charges will apply.

11. Child seats are mandatory under German law. You may also book child seats, boosters, or baby seats directly from us.

12. Service may be refused if a required child seat is not booked.

13. Smoking or carrying illegal substances in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

14. Transport of illegal or dangerous goods is prohibited.

15. Any damage caused to the vehicle will be charged to the customer.

16. Drivers will comply with all traffic regulations.

17. Customers must follow the driver’s safety instructions.

18. Rides may be cancelled for safety, legal, or security reasons.

19. If the vehicle breaks down or any technical issue occurs, the trip may be cancelled. Providing an alternative vehicle is not guaranteed, but the company will assist as much as possible.

20. The company is not responsible for items left behind in the vehicle.

21. Personal data will be handled in accordance with GDPR.

22. Prices may be displayed with or without VAT as applicable.

23. Payment may be made in cash, by card, online, or via bank transfer.

24. Tips for the driver are optional.

25. The company is not liable for the actions or errors of third party providers.

3. Additional Policies

A. Waiting Time Policy

Standard pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after landing.

Additional waiting time is charged in 15 minute increments at the applicable rate.

B. Luggage & Oversize Items Policy

Each passenger may bring one suitcase and one carry on item.

Oversized or additional luggage must be declared at booking and may incur extra charges.

The company is not responsible for fragile or improperly packed items.

C. Pet Transport Policy

Pets are allowed only in secure carriers and must be declared during booking.

A cleaning fee may apply if the vehicle requires special cleaning after pet transport.

Service may be refused if pets are not properly secured or declared.

D. Cleanliness & Vehicle Condition Policy

Passengers must maintain cleanliness inside the vehicle.

Cleaning fees apply for spills, stains, or excessive dirt.

Damage caused intentionally or through negligence will be charged in full.

E. Alcohol & Behavior Policy

Service may be refused to intoxicated passengers for safety reasons.

Abusive or threatening behavior results in immediate ride termination without refund.

Passengers must follow all safety instructions from the driver.

F. Booking Modification Policy

Booking changes must be made at least 8 hours before pickup.

Late modifications depend on availability and may incur charges.

The company may refuse modifications that disrupt scheduling.

G. Extended GDPR & Privacy Policy

Personal data is collected only for service delivery and legal compliance.

Data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary.

Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their data.

Data may be shared with third party processors under strict confidentiality.

H. Safety & Emergency Protocols

Drivers may change routes or stop the vehicle for safety reasons.

Passengers must follow emergency instructions immediately.

Vehicles are equipped with required safety equipment.

I. Lost & Found Extended Policy

Lost items are stored for 14 days.

Customers must contact support to retrieve items.

Unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of after the holding period.

J. Payment & Invoice Policy

Invoices are issued electronically within 24 hours of service completion.

Corporate clients may request monthly billing (subject to approval).

Prepayment may be required during peak periods or for long distance bookings.

K. Route Change / Stopover Policy

Any request for route change, stopover, or extra stop must be informed in advance.

Unplanned stops or route changes will incur additional charges.

Final Provisions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
