Private Hire With Driver (Mietwagen mit Fahrer)

1. Service Overview

IZA Airport Transfer operates exclusively as a chauffeur-driven private hire service (Mietwagen mit Fahrer) under German law. This service is not a taxi service and is available only by prior reservation.

2. Booking & Use of Service

• All bookings must be made in advance.
• Customers must provide correct booking details.
• Flight tracking is available only with a valid flight number.
• Failure to appear at pickup time is considered a No Show.

3. Waiting Time Policy

• Standard pickup: 15 minutes complimentary waiting
• Airport pickup: 60 minutes free after landing
• Additional waiting charged per 15 minutes

4. Child Seats & Safety

Child seats are mandatory under German law. Required seats must be booked in advance. The company may refuse service if safety requirements are not fulfilled.

5. Luggage Policy

• 1 suitcase + 1 carry-on per passenger included
• Oversized or extra luggage must be declared at booking
• Passengers are fully responsible for personal belongings

6. Passenger Conduct

• Smoking, illegal substances, or dangerous goods are prohibited
• Passengers must follow driver safety instructions
• Abusive behavior may result in immediate termination without refund

7. Vehicle & Liability

• Damage caused to the vehicle will be charged to the customer
• The company is not responsible for lost or forgotten items
• No liability for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure

8. Payment

• Cash, card, online payment, or bank transfer accepted
• Prices may be displayed with or without VAT
• Tips for drivers are optional

9. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data is processed strictly according to GDPR regulations and used only for service execution and legal compliance.

10. Applicable Law

All legal relations are governed by German law. Jurisdiction: Frankfurt am Main.
